While creating new ads for my current employer (USA Connect), I realized that I needed a caricature of Albert Einstein to help promote our Music Download Gift Card product line. So here’s what I created.

A new work in progress (WIP), this castle chamber is going to be the background for a new illustration I am currently working on. Everything here was created in Zbrush, then converted for use in Maya. Still needs a little more work, especially when it comes to the “flames.”
Needing to find new ways to attract clients, I decided to create and illustrate a heroic advertising campaign. Granted, this is not a new idea by a long shot. However, it is new for this type of product line. The idea was to develop cartoon heroes, heroins, villains, etc. who will prominently display the product. The “Superman”-like ad was the first I developed in this series. This campaign just hit this week, so it’s still too early to tell. But initial reports are showing that the campaign is receiving positive feedback.
I am working up some ideas for a new “fantasy” illustration. I’m not exactly sure where I am going with this yet. But here is a sketch of an alien creature. I know it’s an alien creature because it has four eyes. I have decided to call it a quadceratops. You can view more of my sketches in My Sketch Book.
The completed illustration featuring my “Grumpy” character overlooking his woodsy domain. This is a self-promotional fantasy piece. Hope you like it.
I completed texturing Grumpy’s bust late last night.
